Deposit and Quotation: A 60%-70% deposit is required with the signed quotation for manufacturing to commence. A 5 business day cooling-off period is allowed. Refunds will be made within 15 days, with banking costs deducted.
Manufacturing Timeline: Manufacturing takes 3-6 weeks, depending on the design.
Design Changes: Any cost of changes or modifications after commencement will be the client’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Quality and Service: Cloverfield Designer Jewellery (CDJ) ensures high-quality workmanship and service. Defective goods will be repaired or replaced, except for items misused or damaged in the client’s possession.
Sizing and Warranty: Incorrect ring sizes provided by the client will incur resizing charges. One free follow-up cleaning and plating. Lost stones under 2mm will be replaced free within 30 days; after 30 days, replacement is at the client’s cost. Rush jobs will incur extra charges and no warranty for loose settings or lost stones.
Warranty Conditions: Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for three months. Warranty excludes accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, and normal wear and tear. Warranty is void if the jewellery has been tampered with.
Returns and Refunds: Returns due to workmanship dissatisfaction or defects must be made within 7 days. Custom pieces cannot be refunded but will be replaced if necessary. Up to a 30% restocking fee may apply for order cancellations.
Metal and Stones: Using client’s own gold and stones may result in up to 10% metal loss. CBJ is not liable for stone damage, metal color changes, or porosity issues.
Repairs: CDJ only repairs jewellery supplied by CDJ.A 3-month warranty on repairs. No guarantees for chain or bracelet repairs beyond two attempts. Clients assume risk for loss or damage during repairs.
General Terms: No refunds for misused or damaged jewellery. Promotions cannot be combined. Full payment is required before manufacturing or ordering. CDJ is not liable for any damage or loss after jewellery leaves the premises.
